Our shipping is free, Australia wide.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your personalised hand-made leather apron will ship within 3 days from ordering. The delivery timeframe is in addition to processing times. Please allow for 2 business days to process and dispatch your order. Orders received after 5 PM (AEST), on weekends, or during a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. Shipment costs are for your own account. Returns and exchanges must be received in original condition, unworn and repacked in its original packaging. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE?
If you would like to make a return/exchange, send us an email at
firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number. If you would like to exchange your item/s, then also include the shipping address in the email.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you have paid by PayPal: Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
If you have paid by Credit Card: Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Once we have received your item/s we will send your new item/s out the next business day.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY
Of course we hope this never happens and we work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
